We are seeking a Vice President, Risk to lead the design, execution, and oversight of our credit-risk and energy-risk management strategies at CFE International. You will reside within the middle-office function and play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity, performance, and alignment of our risk portfolio with the company’s operational and commercial objectives. You will own counterparty evaluation, credit structuring, collateral and margin strategy, stress-testing programs, and governance—partnering closely with the Chief Risk Officer, senior leadership, Legal, Treasury, and Commercial teams to drive sustainable growth, protect financial exposure, and uphold best-in-class risk-management practices. This highly visible role demands strategic vision, deep expertise in credit and energy risk (preferably in natural gas), and outstanding leadership to build and mentor a world-class analytics team.
We are seeking a Risk Analyst – Middle Office to uphold and enhance our risk-management framework for natural-gas marketing and trading. Reporting to the Middle-Office Risk team, you’ll perform daily market-risk reporting, model development, limit monitoring, and audit support—partnering with Trading, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to drive a robust, risk-aware culture at CFE International.
As CFE International strengthens its commitment to continuous improvement and administrative excellence, the Finance and Administration Department is seeking to hire a Vice President of Administration. This leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic planning, organization, and control of all administrative functions related to material, technological and human resources. The position requires a forward-thinking professional with the ability to design, implement, and oversee policies and processes that promote operational efficiency, optimal resource utilization, and alignment with institutional goals. This person will also oversee procurement processes for both direct (natural gas & transportation) and indirect categories, ensuring competitive RFPs and robust vendor management. Strong leadership, strategic vision, and a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional management are essential to succeed in this role.
The Trader purchases and sells natural-gas commodities, executes market strategies, and manages price and volume risk. Working closely with Scheduling, Risk, and Compliance, the role delivers timely, profitable trades while meeting all contractual and regulatory requirements.

Serving as a project manager and strategic coordinator, you will synchronize executive priorities, convert high-level strategy into executable workstreams, and keep the leadership team at CFE International fully aligned with the CFE family of companies and the Board. The Scheduler is responsible for supporting CFE International’s natural gas marketing operations through the management of nominations, scheduling, and monitoring of transportation, purchases, sales, and storage of gas. This position ensures efficient gas delivery aligned with commercial strategies, cost objectives, profit maximization, and regulatory compliance.
The Personal Assistant provides high-trust administrative logistics for the Office of the CEO. Daily responsibilities include managing scheduling details, coordinating meeting logistics, arranging corporate travel, and maintaining the smooth flow of documents, expenses, and follow-ups—enabling the CEO to focus on strategic matters. The role demands absolute discretion, flawless organization, and professional English.
The Operations Analyst records and monitors commercial transactions, maintains contractual data in company systems, and consolidates operational information to support decision-making. The role also troubleshoots discrepancies, improves internal processes, and coordinates documentation across the Operations Department.
