The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting employees while helping strengthen CFE International’s people practices. Working closely with the HR Manager, employees, and business leaders, this role serves as a trusted resource across the employee lifecycle, helping deliver a positive, consistent, and compliant employee experience. The HR Generalist supports recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training, compliance, HR systems, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys building relationships and helping people navigate workplace needs while building practical HR processes that create long-term organizational success.
